Project Manager

Job Description

1. Responsible for overall project planning and schedule management; prepare and

continuously update the master project schedule and detailed construction plans.

2. Monitor actual project progress against the baseline schedule, identify deviations, and

propose corrective actions and mitigation measures.

3. Utilize project management software (e.g., Primavera P6) for schedule analysis,

including critical path analysis and resource allocation.

4. Prepare and submit regular project progress reports, analyze schedule variances, and

provide management with decision-making support.

5. Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment

between schedule and on-site execution.

6. Organize and lead project progress meetings; report project status, risks, and

mitigation plans to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

Key Skills & Qualifications

1. Strong expertise in project scheduling techniques and schedule control methodologies.

2. Proficient in Primavera P6 with solid knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM).

3. Thorough understanding of construction project workflows, progress control, and

reporting techniques.

Years of Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in schedule planning and project management for

large-scale construction or engineering projects.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or

related engineering disciplines.

Industry Engineering / Construction

Preferred Candidate Background Prior experience in UAE or Middle East large-scale construction projects is highly preferred.
