About the Role
One of our clients, a well-established Saudi family holding group in Jeddah, is leading a strategic multi-site initiative across transportation and hospitality-related commercial hubs.
They are seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution and ensure structured delivery, operational readiness, and commercial alignment across this high-visibility mandate.
This role is not purely operational it requires a leader who understands execution discipline while integrating commercial and investment considerations into project planning and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from initiation through operational launch
- Translate strategic objectives into clear scopes, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate internal teams, contractors, operators, and external partners
- Ensure delivery against scope, cost, quality, and milestone commitments
- Integrate commercial considerations (capex, opex, revenue drivers) into project execution
- Drive hub readiness and revenue-ready activation
- Establish governance, reporting structures, and executive dashboards
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
- Provide structured updates and insights to senior leadership
Candidate Profile
- 812+ years of project management experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Experience in transportation, logistics, hospitality, tourism, infrastructure, or asset-based operations
- Proven track record in managing large-scale projects
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to link execution with monetization objectives
- Experience operating within the Saudi market
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred
- Fluency in Arabic and English
