Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements, in alignment with client security needs and company objectives, to ensure efficient execution and successful project delivery.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring transparent communication and addressing client concerns promptly to nurture strong relationships.
  • Promote a collaborative work environment that fosters knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement among team members.
  • Allocate resources efficiently, encompassing personnel, budget, and equipment, to support project objectives and optimize resource utilization throughout the project lifecycle, while monitoring and adjusting allocation to accommodate evolving project needs and priorities.
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulations throughout the project lifecycle by implementing quality assurance reviews, audits, and robust testing protocols to ensure the effectiveness and reliability of security solutions delivered to clients.
  • Identify project risks and vulnerabilities, assess them carefully, and create proactive plans to minimize their impact. Continuously monitor and address risks, working closely with stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Effectively manage project scope changes by evaluating their impact on objectives, timelines, and resources, and communicate changes clearly to stakeholders. Remain flexible and adaptable, adjusting plans as necessary to address evolving project dynamics and challenges.
  • Ensure comprehensive project documentation and reporting to maintain transparency and accountability. Generate detailed reports for stakeholders, highlighting key indicators and milestones, to track project progress effectively.
  • Proactively communicate with clients to understand their changing security needs and expectations, anticipating issues, and offering innovative solutions. Gather feedback continuously to address concerns and improve service quality, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Encourage continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the project team while staying updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance skills and deliver better outcomes.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the security solutions industry, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Asana, to facilitate project planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliver exceptional results.
