We're searching for a Project Manager with a proven background in exhibitions and events to join their team.
What You'll Do:
- Lead end-to-end project management for exhibitions and events, from concept through to flawless delivery
- Manage all required approvals, permits, and regulatory documentation across Dubai and the wider UAE
- Oversee budgets, timelines, and resource planning to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Act as the go-to contact for internal teams, vendors, clients, and contractors
- Supervise on-site logistics, installations, and ensure seamless operational execution
- Lead and mentor junior team members, creating a high-performance environment
- Conduct regular reporting on progress, risks, and financial performance to senior stakeholders
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years experience in exhibitions, events, or brand activations within the UAE
- Hands-on experience managing project approvals and documentation
- A strong grasp of budget management, supplier coordination, and compliance processes
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with event logistics, municipal approvals, and venue coordination
- Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.) and MS Office Suite
