Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects to ensure compliance with client scope, timely delivery, and budget adherence whilst maintaining high technical standards.
• Oversee staff and resources, including line management, appraisals, and maintaining team morale.
• Produce and monitor financial forecasts, manage project costs, and ensure profitability.
• Liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction, identify additional work opportunities, and develop long-term relationships.
• Ensure quality assurance of all deliverables, including CMMS projects and maintenance programmes.
• Uphold strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems, including HAZOP studies and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with Business Development to maximise revenue and with HR to manage resource requirements.
• Work within the Integrated Management System and ensure compliance across the business.

Qualifications

Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Prince 2 or PMP certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Project and Access.
• Comprehensive understanding of project workflows and methodologies.
• Experience in asset management, maintenance strategies, and CMMS projects.
• Strong personnel management and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and analytical abilities.

Nice to have:

• Experience in plant reliability programmes and process industry projects.
• Working knowledge of industry equipment and refinery operations.
