We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Arabic Speaker) to lead and deliver high-impact projects within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, strong stakeholder and vendor management skills, and expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Proficiency in project management tools and professional certification (PMP or equivalent) are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and cost constraints.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government entities from UAE (especially Dubai), ensuring alignment and compliance with project requirements.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively to ensure smooth execution.
- Oversee vendor and third-party performance, ensuring deliverables meet contractual and quality standards.
- Drive Agile/Scrum processes and ensure best practices are followed to deliver continuous value.
- Prepare and present regular project reports, dashboards, and performance updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Ensure project documentation, governance, and change management processes are effectively maintained.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability across teams.
