Develop and implement the MEP strategy for the SBG in alignment with business priorities, sustainability targets, and operational efficiency.
Oversee planning, design validation, technical approvals, and execution oversight of MEP servicesincluding HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting , BMS, and ELV systemsacross all projects.
Ensure the integration of MEP systems with structural, architectural, and finishing works through proactive design coordination and cross-functional collaboration.
Standardize technical specifications, drawings, and quality benchmarks across projects to ensure consistency, safety, and performance.
Drive value engineering, energy efficiency, and smart system adoption in MEP design and installation, reducing lifecycle costs and improving environmental performance.
