Assist in site supervision for the VRF, Chillers, and Duct DX projects and ensure timely completion.
Ensure that project delivery in alignment with the agreed scope of work and quality standards.
Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and scope of work.
Perform regular site inspections for all assigned projects to ensure that quality standards are met.
Liaise with the engineering team for technical advice for significant changes in the selection process.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of completed projects in place (drawings, technical, and site inspection reports).
Liaise with subcontractors for installation works to be performed and prepare the necessary documentation.
Monitor the subcontractor's performance, provide feedback, and escalate any concerns to the project operations regular progress reports to the Sr. Engineer Project Operations.
Prepare estimate cost-based on-site inspection for presales projects.
Follow and maintain health and safety procedures and measures, and appropriate PPE during the works on sites.
Qualifications:
BSc in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent field.
Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
2 to 3 years of experience in construction, MEP, and HVAC industries.
Good understanding of site supervision, inspection, and quality control.
In-depth knowledge of engineering, technology, building, construction, and design.
Strong knowledge of Duct DX, VRF, Chillers, Package, and Split products.
Strong time management and project management skills.
Hands-on experience using AutoCAD.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
