We are seeking an experiencedProject Plannerto join ourDeveloper-side Projects Team. This role is critical in ensuringtime, cost, and contractual controlacross our developments by closely managing planning, progress, and contractor compliance in line with theConditions of Contract and BOQ.
Role Description
The Project Planner will be responsible for developing and controlling project schedules while ensuring that thecontractor fulfills all contractual and technical obligationsas per the signed contract, BOQ, and engineer's requirements. The role requires strong coordination with theEngineer, Contractor, and internal stakeholdersto protect the developer's commercial and delivery interests.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manageproject schedulesfrom planning to handover
- Monitoractual vs planned progressand report delays or risks
- Ensure contractor compliance withConditions of Contract and BOQ
- Support review ofvariations, claims, and extensions of timewith the Engineer
- Coordinate planning matters withcontractors, engineers, and internal teams
- Provideweekly and monthly progress reportsto management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience inreal estate development or contracting(developer-side preferred)
- Strong knowledge ofConditions of Contract, BOQ, and construction planning
- Proficiency inMS Project
- Experience coordinating withengineers and contractors in the UAE
- Strong analytical, contractual, and communication skills
