The Program Planning is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering high-quality programs aligned with the organization's vision and objectives. The role combines strategic planning, operational execution, stakeholder coordination, and performance monitoring to ensure effective and sustainable program delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall strategic plan for programs in alignment with organizational vision and objectives.
- Define program goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success metrics.
- Coordinate annual and quarterly planning cycles, ensuring clear timelines and resource allocation.
- Support the development of innovative initiatives that promote lifelong learning, creativity, and cultural engagement.
- Manage schedules, logistics, and operational workflows to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Liaise with internal departments, external partners, vendors, and facilitators to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager and other stakeholders to integrate planning and execution effectively.
- Proactively identify and address operational challenges, escalating critical issues when necessary.
- Build and maintain effective partnerships with educational institutions, community groups, and cultural organizations.
- Ensure strong communication and collaboration with all stakeholders to support program success.
- Prepare, manage, and monitor program budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with financial guidelines.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program continuity and quality.
- Produce regular reports and presentations for leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and improvement areas.
- Prepare high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal leadership, external stakeholders, and public communication.
- Ensure all materials are accurate, timely, and aligned with organizational messaging and branding standards.
- Document all processes and outcomes for effective knowledge management and future planning.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, measure impact, and inform strategic improvements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; a background in Literature or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Proven experience in program planning, coordination, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
