About the Role
Euro Mechanical is seeking a highly motivated Project Procurement Manager to join our Supply Chain team. This role is based at our ICAD facility in Abu Dhabi. You will lead procurement execution for major projects, build strong supplier partnerships, and ensure compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute project procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage suppliers, contracts, and purchase orders to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance.
- Lead negotiations and establish long-term supplier relationships.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and internal departments to support procurement needs.
- Monitor supplier performance and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of procurement engineers and specialists.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations (ICAD, KEZAD, Civil Defense, Municipality).
- Utilize Dynamics 365 procurement modules and analytics for reporting and performance tracking.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Project Procurement Manager or Lead Procurement Engineer within industrial operations (Oil & Gas EPC in the UAE).
- Experience leading procurement teams and handling supplier contracts.
- Certification in Supply Chain or Six Sigma (CPIM, CSCP, CSCM) is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Arabic language skills are desirable.
