Project Sales Engineer Building Materials

Location : Riyadh Saudi Arabia

Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Sales Engineer with strong experience in the building materials industry to handle project sales across the KSA market. The role focuses on developing relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers, managing project specifications, and converting project opportunities into confirmed orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project sales for building materials across KSA
  • Identify and track new construction and infrastructure projects
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, and developers to secure product specifications
  • Prepare and follow up on technical and commercial proposals
  • Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, approvals, and order execution
  • Maintain accurate project pipeline and sales forecasts
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field preferred)
  • 37 years experience in project sales within the building materials industry
  • Strong understanding of the KSA construction market and project sales cycles
  • Proven experience dealing with consultants, contractors, and project owners
  • Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Valid KSA driving license
  • English required; Arabic is an advantage

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with materials such as cement, concrete products, steel, insulation, faade, HVAC-related building materials, or similar
  • Existing network within the KSA construction sector
