We are looking for a dynamic Project Sales Engineer with strong technical and commercial capabilities to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine engineering knowledge with proven sales experience to develop new business opportunities and support project delivery within the pumping, dewatering, and water management sector.
Key Responsibilitie
- Identify and develop new project opportunities across construction, infrastructure, and oil & gas sectors
- Promote pump rental, overpumping solutions
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and technical presentations
- Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure accurate project solutions
- Perform pump selection, system design support, and technical calculations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to achieve sales targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines
Requiremen
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fiel
- Minimum 35 years experience in project sales within pumping, dewatering, or related industry
- Strong technical understanding of pumps, pipelines, and fluid system
- Experience handling project-based sales and tenderin
- Excellent communication and negotiation skill
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client/site meeting
