Job Description

Our client is looking for a Project Sales Executive to be based in Dubai, UAE.

The Project Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the interior fit-out sector. This role requires strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage projects from initial inquiry through successful handover. The ideal candidate has proven experience in the UAE fit-out industry and a strong network of consultants, contractors, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities in the interior fit-out and design-build market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, project managers, and real estate firms.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and commercial offers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with company objectives.

Project Coordination

  • Work closely with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure accurate proposals and timely submissions.
  • Conduct site visits, attend client meetings, and coordinate technical discussions.
  • Follow up on project progress to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects in the UAE.
  • Provide insights to management on pricing strategies, client needs, and market opportunities.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Handle client concerns and support resolution to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 35 years of sales experience in the UAE interior fit-out industry.
  • Strong understanding of fit-out materials, MEP coordination, joinery, and project workflows.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing high-value projects.
  • Existing network of clients and industry contacts in the UAE is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
