About the Role

As a Project Sales Manager – Tiles (Abu Dhabi), you will play a pivotal role in driving project-based sales forSanipex Groupportfolio, with a strong focus on the tiles division. You will take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from initial enquiry to successful project completion, working closely with developers, consultants, contractors, and project managers. Your mission will be to build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring that every project receives exceptional service and technical expertise. This is a dynamic, target-driven role where you will actively seek new business opportunities, respond swiftly to client needs, prepare detailed proposals and technical submissions, and oversee the commercial process through to final payment. Regular site visits, participation in industry events, and collaboration with internal teams will be essential to maintaining Sanipex Group's reputation for excellence in the market.

About You

You are a confident and results-oriented sales professional with proven experience in tiles or building materials project sales. With a solid educational background in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline, you combine commercial acumen with strong technical knowledge and a consultative approach. You thrive in fast-paced environments, demonstrating excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. A team player who values collaboration, you are adept at maintaining detailed CRM records, managing complex sales pipelines, and delivering on targets without compromising on quality or service. Your familiarity with Middle Eastern business practices and ability to engage with a multicultural client base make you a trusted advisor and ambassador for the brand. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems is essential, along with a proactive mindset and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality solutions in the design and construction industry.
