We are currently seeking a Project Specialist for one of our very well-known client, to be based in their Dubai office.
Job Description:
- Demonstrated capability in managing Fit-Out, civil, MEP works, handovers , snagging, project documentation, and stakeholder communication
- Strong leadership, decision-making, communication, and reporting skills
- Experience in contract and claims management
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and resource management skills.
- Ability to effectively manage and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of risk assessment, quality, and safety standards
- Experience in planning and scheduling ( MS Project or planner)
- Proven site experience including execution, coordination, and interface with contractors, consultants, and authorities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera, or MS Project
- Valid UAE Driving Licence
- 510 years of experience in the construction industry and ID Fit-Out projects
- Strong ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications (IFC, shop drawings, RCP, MEP coordination)
- Familiarity with UAE authority regulations (DM,DCD etc.)
- Experience in cost control, budgeting, and full procurement processes (RFP, MRE, LPO, GRN, BOQ review)
