Project Superintendent

Key Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations on marine and coastal projects
• Strong background in breakwater construction, quay wall works, and beach profiling
• Plan, coordinate, and manage construction activities for breakwaters, quay walls, and beach profiling
• Lead site teams including engineers, supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors
• Coordinate marine plant, equipment, materials, and logistics
• Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules
• Monitor productivity, progress, and costs; implement corrective actions as required
• Enforce HSE standards, marine safety regulations, and environmental requirements
• Liaise with the Project Manager, client representatives, consultants, and authorities
• Support inspections, reporting, and successful project handover

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 12 years of Exp. in Marie Civil Project (Activity involved In, Breakwater Construction, Quay wall, beach profiling, etc.)
• Strong experience in budget management and cost control to meet project completion deadline
• Comprehensive knowledge of QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) processes
• PMP Certification
