Job Description:
- Managing project tasks and deliverables
- Analyzing data as required to support quality control
- Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of Project Coordinators.
- Tracking and reporting on team performance, project status, and localization throughput.
- Allocating tasks and balance workloads across the coordination team.
- Setting up meetings, drafting PO and drawing estimates
- Ensuring all projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Coordinating with vendors and suppliers as needed
- Managing project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
- Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in (Mass communication/Alsun/Arts) or related field
- English fluency is a MUST
- Proven experience in project management
- C.A.T/ AI tools awareness are preferred.
- Relevant PM courses are required
