About this role:
- Develop and implement project plans, including defining scope, budget, and schedule.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the construction process.
- Ensure that construction activities comply with industry standards, building codes, and regulations.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to resolve technical issues.
- Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring that costs are controlled and within the approved budgetary limits.
- Monitor expenses, review financial reports, and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
- Implement and maintain a quality control program to ensure that construction meets specified standards.
- Conduct inspections and audits to identify and rectify quality issues.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that milestones are met on time.
- Monitor progress and implement adjustments to the schedule as necessary.
- Review and negotiate contracts with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure that all parties involved in the project adhere to contractual obligations.
- Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.
- Provide regular updates on project progress to senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary project team.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Problem Solving:
- Identify and address construction challenges and obstacles promptly.
- Propose and implement effective solutions to ensure project success.
- Ensure that all documentation complies with relevant regulations and standards.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
- Address stakeholder concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate project performance and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement lessons learned from previous projects to enhance future project delivery.

Information Security responsibilities:
- Comply with Basatin Information Security Policies
- Be aware of and fulfil their information security responsibilities
- Ensure whoever handles sensitive company information have taken the Security Awareness Training
- Know how to report a security incident (to IT ServiceDesk or InfoSec).
- Not Disable his/her OS firewall and/or Antivirus
- Restrict use to authorized purposes, Protect access accounts, privileges and associated passwords.
- Accept accountability of his/her individual user accounts, and maintain confidentiality
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering
Landscaping Experience
Field experience is an added advantage.
Must be detail-oriented and technically sound with good communication skills.
