Black and Romans Machinery is a representative agency specializing in Industrial Processing, Filling and Packaging Lines for various industries. They work with global partners to provide, qualify, and maintain machinery to ensure the success of their clients in Egypt and the MENA region.

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Projects and Service Engineer located in New Cairo.

The Projects and Service Engineer will be responsible for Project management, Commissioning, Installation, troubleshooting, field service, communication, technical support, and maintenance & repair of machinery.

Knowledge of industrial machinery and processes

Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills

Field Service and Maintenance & Repair skills

Strong problem-solving abilities

Experience in the similar machinery and industrial equipment Projects OR maintenance field

Electrical, Automation or Mechanical Engineering degree or related field

1-3 years of hands-on experience in servicing and maintaining processing and packaging equipment within the Food and Beverage, Home Care or Personal care industry.

In-depth knowledge of industrial machinery used in food processing and packaging lines.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients.

Reside in the New Cairo area and possess a valid driver's license with access to a personal vehicle for travely.

Responsibilities:

Projects and services coordination.

Provide technical support, installations and maintenance services for food and beverage processing and packaging equipment.

Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting activities to ensure optimal performance of machinery.

Collaborate with clients to identify their specific needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain strong client relationships.
