Job Description
- Timely delivery of projects in line with approved schedules and budgets.
- Achievement of key project milestones from design through handover.
- Quality execution with minimal defects and snag-free handovers.
- Timely submission and approval of required local authority permits.
- Efficient collection, comparison, and evaluation of quotations.
- Effective site coordination, progress reporting, and compliance with safety and HSE standards.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Projects Engineer should have:
- A degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing construction projects or interior fit outs in F&B projects in UAE
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Familiarity with safety and quality standards in construction.
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology for project management.
