About The Role:

We are looking for a commercially driven Property Acquisition Sales Manager to grow our short-term rental portfolio by acquiring residential properties from homeowners and investors and converting them into high-performing holiday homes.

This role owns the entire sales cycle from lead generation and owner pitching to deal closure, onboarding, and upselling refurbishment and furnishing solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to homeowners, combining market expertise, data-driven insights, and a strong understanding of design and hospitality.

What You'll Do

End-to-End Owner Acquisition

  • Source and qualify new properties through landlord outreach, broker relationships, referrals, developers, and market research
  • Pitch short-term rental management, revenue potential, and turnkey solutions to homeowners and investors
  • Manage the full sales funnel: lead generation, meetings, property inspections, proposals, negotiations, contracts, and onboarding
  • Close property acquisition deals aligned with portfolio growth and quality standards

Refurbishment & Furnishing Sales

  • Identify opportunities to upsell furnishing, refurbishment, and setup projects
  • Present ROI-driven proposals for interior upgrades, FF&E, styling, and short-term rental readiness
  • Coordinate with design, operations, and onboarding teams to ensure smooth execution and timely go-live

Market & Performance Expertise

  • Use market data and internal tools to assess rental potential, pricing strategies, and unit selection
  • Advise homeowners on revenue optimisation, positioning, and market trends
  • Build deep knowledge of Dubai's key residential communities and short-term rental dynamics

Relationship & Account Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with homeowners, agents, and partners
  • Support renewals, portfolio expansion, and owner satisfaction
  • Act as the main point of contact during onboarding and early performance phases

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Operations, Revenue Management, Marketing, Legal, and Onboarding teams to ensure seamless property launches
  • Support issue resolution related to onboarding, property readiness, and owner concerns

What We're Looking For

  • 15 years of experience in real estate sales, property acquisition, business development, or hospitality
  • Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle with homeowners
  • Strong understanding of the Dubai property market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Commercial mindset with an interest in interiors, furnishing, and design
  • Self-starter with strong pipeline management and closing ability
  • Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce or similar preferred)
  • Existing network of landlords, brokers, or developers is a strong plus
  • UAE driving license preferred
