Job Title: Property Management Administrator

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detailoriented Property Management Administrator to support our Property Management division at Metropolitan Capital Real Estate. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, servicedriven, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fastpaced real estate environment.
You will work closely with landlords, tenants, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations, accurate documentation, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operational Support
- Handle daytoday administrative tasks for the Property Management department.
- Prepare, review, and process tenancy contracts, renewals, addendums, and notices.
- Maintain accurate records of all properties, tenants, payments, and documents in the CRM system.
- Coordinate movein and moveout procedures, including inspections and handover reports.
- Track contract expiries, rent due dates, and renewal timelines to ensure timely followups.
Tenant & Landlord Coordination
- Serve as a primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, maintenance requests, and general support.
- Communicate with landlords regarding updates, approvals, and propertyrelated matters.
- Ensure all parties receive clear, timely, and professional communication.
Maintenance & Service Coordination
- Log and monitor maintenance requests through approved vendors and service providers.
- Follow up on work orders to ensure timely completion and quality service.
- Maintain a schedule of preventive maintenance and property inspections.
Financial & Compliance Support
- Assist with rent collection, payment followups, and issuing receipts.
- Coordinate with the accounts team on invoices, service charges, and landlord statements.
- Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi Municipality, Tawtheeq, and other regulatory requirements.
- Prepare reports on occupancy, renewals, maintenance, and property performance.
Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Deliver a high standard of customer service to both landlords and tenants.
- Resolve issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Support the Property Management team in building longterm client relationships.
Requirements
- Previous experience in property management, real estate administration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with Abu Dhabi real estate regulations (Tawtheeq, Municipality) is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, problemsolving mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
