Property Advisor ( 0-6 Months of Experience )

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Advisor, based in New Cairo. The Property Advisor will assist clients in property-related consultations, manage property portfolios, and provide guidance on investment opportunities. The day-to-day tasks will include effective communication with clients, understanding their needs, conducting market research, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the property investment or management process.

• Skills in Communication and Customer Service to build strong relationships with clients
• Knowledge of Property Management and Investments to provide informed advice on real estate opportunities
• Understanding of Finance principles applicable to real estate transactions
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Previous internship or up to 6 months of experience in the real estate field is ideal
