Role Description The Property Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza, responsible for guiding clients through property selection, investment decisions, and transaction processes. Day-to-day activities include conducting property evaluations and viewings, preparing detailed property proposals, and presenting investment options aligned with client goals. The role involves managing client portfolios, coordinating with property owners and internal teams, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company policies and local regulations. The Property Advisor will handle client inquiries, provide ongoing market insights, and maintain strong relationships to support repeat and referral business.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage client expectations, and deliver a high-quality advisory experience.
  • Candidates should possess Property Management and Investments skills to evaluate properties, advise on investment opportunities, and oversee property-related activities effectively.
  • Candidates should possess Finance skills to interpret financial data, assess returns, and explain investment scenarios in a clear and practical manner.
  • Relevant experience in real estate brokerage, property advisory, or asset management is highly beneficial.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Proficiency in basic office and CRM software, and the ability to work on-site in Giza on a full-time schedule.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
