Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Fresh Agents/Property Advisors located in New Cairo. The responsibilities include engaging with clients to understand their property needs, assisting in buying, selling, or renting properties, and offering comprehensive property consultations. The role requires maintaining strong client relations, managing property portfolios, and driving sales to meet defined targets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Estate Agency and Residential Real Estate
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Property Management
• Experience in Sales, particularly within the real estate industry
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently under pressure
• Previous experience in New Cairo's real estate market is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
