Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Property Advisor to join our sales team. The role involves handling fresh company-provided leads, working at company stands, and advising clients on buying, selling, and leasing properties across Dubai, with immediate visa processing available.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage fresh leads provided by the company, including digital leads and walk-in clients
- Actively work at company stands in malls, hotels, and events as per schedule
- Engage walk-in clients, qualify requirements, and convert inquiries into viewings
- Advise clients on residential and/or commercial properties
- Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures
- Maintain accurate records, follow-ups, and pipelines in the CRM
- Build and maintain strong client and developer relationships
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and RERA regulations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with managers and team leaders on performance and stand allocations
Requirements
- Real estate experience in Dubai is an advantage (fresh candidates are welcome)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Sales-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented
- Willingness to work stand shifts, weekends, and flexible hours
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
- RERA certification is an advantage
