Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Property Advisor to join our sales team. The role involves handling fresh company-provided leads, working at company stands, and advising clients on buying, selling, and leasing properties across Dubai, with immediate visa processing available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage fresh leads provided by the company, including digital leads and walk-in clients
  • Actively work at company stands in malls, hotels, and events as per schedule
  • Engage walk-in clients, qualify requirements, and convert inquiries into viewings
  • Advise clients on residential and/or commercial properties
  • Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures
  • Maintain accurate records, follow-ups, and pipelines in the CRM
  • Build and maintain strong client and developer relationships
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and RERA regulations
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with managers and team leaders on performance and stand allocations

Requirements

  • Real estate experience in Dubai is an advantage (fresh candidates are welcome)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
  • Sales-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented
  • Willingness to work stand shifts, weekends, and flexible hours
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
  • RERA certification is an advantage
