This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Advisor - Sales Agent based in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing property sales, identifying client needs, providing expert investment advice, and building and maintaining strong client relationships. You will be responsible for conducting property viewings, negotiating sales agreements, maintaining up-to-date market knowledge, and delivering exceptional customer service to foster trust and satisfaction.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build lasting client relationships and effectively address customer needs
• Expertise in Property Management and Investments, with a deep understanding of the UAE real estate market
• Knowledge of Finance principles and practices, particularly in real estate transactions and investment strategies
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver results while maintaining professionalism and ethical standards
• Proficiency in negotiation, networking, and interpersonal skills to succeed in a competitive market
• Experience in the UAE real estate sector is highly advantageous
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic and other languages is a plus
