Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for a Property Advisor - Sales Agent. The role involves managing property sales transactions, assisting clients in property buying and selling processes, and providing tailored investment solutions. Daily tasks include building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting market research, preparing property presentations, offering financial insights, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales lifecycle.

Qualifications
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain trusted client relationships.
  • Knowledge of property management and investment strategies, with the ability to recommend tailored real estate solutions.
  • Strong customer service skills to provide excellent client support and meet their needs effectively.
  • Familiarity with finance or real estate investment principles to offer informed advice and insights.
  • Proficiency in the local real estate market and regulations in the UAE.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proactive, goal-driven mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Previous experience in property sales, leasing, or consulting is highly desirable.
