Property Advisor

We are looking for a Real Estate Broker with 2–3 years of UAE real estate experience who can build strong client relationships, identify the right opportunities, and consistently drive successful transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and develop new property leads and client relationships

• Handle property sales and leasing transactions from enquiry to closing

• Conduct property viewings and provide professional client consultations

• Maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors

• Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market, projects, and investment opportunities

• Negotiate and close deals while maintaining high client-service standards

• Achieve individual and team sales targets

What We're Looking For:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in the UAE real estate market

• Strong knowledge of Dubai's property market

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Confident and target-oriented personality

• Ability to generate and convert leads independently

• RERA certification is an advantage

• Strong professional network within the Dubai real estate market is a plus
