This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Advisor based in Cairo, Egypt. As a Property Advisor, you will engage with clients to understand their property needs and provide tailored solutions, manage property portfolios, and conduct market analyses to inform investment strategies. You will handle client relations, negotiate deals, and assist in financial planning related to real estate investments, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs
• Knowledge in Property Management and expertise in real estate market trends
• Understanding of Investments and Finance to provide informed property and investment advice
• Sales and negotiation skills to close deals successfully
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in real estate or a related field is an advantage
