Role Description The Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role involves advising clients on property options, conducting property viewings, and guiding them through the buying, selling, and leasing process. The Property Consultant will manage client inquiries, maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, and provide updated information on market trends and available listings. Daily tasks include preparing and presenting property proposals, negotiating terms, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with local regulations. The role also requires proactive lead generation, attending networking events as needed, and contributing to sales targets while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Real Estate knowledge and experience in the Dubai property market or a similar dynamic market.
  • Candidates should possess solid Consulting skills, including the ability to assess client needs and provide tailored property solutions.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and deal closing capabilities.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field are beneficial.
  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Arabic) is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within Dubai for property viewings and client meetings are preferred.
