Role Description

The Property Consultant will be responsible for generating and managing leads, guiding clients through the sales process, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The role requires a deep understanding of client needs, effective property consultation, and achieving sales targets while upholding the company's values and standards.

Qualifications

  • Understand customer needs and provide comprehensive information on available properties, promotions, and purchase options.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Alishaan Developments, representing the company's values and offerings to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to grow a loyal customer base.
  • Generate leads through personal efforts, brokers, or company networks and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Conduct property presentations, viewings, and virtual tours as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with project offerings.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and property regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, corporate guidelines, and legal requirements.

Requirements:

  • 23 years of experience in property sales, real estate, or client-facing roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and customer service principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required, with proficiency in English.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Networking skills to develop and maintain a robust client base.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and able to close sales efficiently.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
  • Team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
