Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi for a Sales Property Consultant at AMD - Nexus Industrial Parks. The consultant will be responsible for identifying potential clients, showcasing available properties, and delivering tailored industrial and logistics real estate solutions. Daily duties include developing and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, providing property consultations, negotiating contracts, and managing sales processes to ensure successful closure. The consultant will focus on offering strategic guidance to clients while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Sales and client relationship management skills, including the ability to build and nurture professional connections
  • Market research and property consultation skills, with proficiency in analyzing market trends and identifying business opportunities
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and close sales effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to company policies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
