Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant based in New Cairo. The Property Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks include conducting market research, maintaining and fostering client relationships, presenting property options to potential clients, and negotiating terms. The role also involves collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Consulting and Real Estate, with a solid understanding of property market trends and transactions
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively
• Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies, with a proven ability to achieve targets
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with New Cairo's property market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in languages other than English is an advantage
