Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant located in New Cairo. The Property Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by offering tailored advice and solutions. Daily tasks include consulting with clients, conducting property viewings, engaging in sales and negotiations, maintaining excellent communication, and staying updated on real estate market trends. A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and meeting client needs is essential to this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Consulting and Real Estate knowledge, including the ability to provide accurate market insights
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven aptitude in Sales and client negotiation to achieve targets
- Proficiency in problem-solving and ability to manage multiple clients efficiently
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is an advantage
- Proficiency in computer and CRM software usage is a plus
- Self-motivation and a proactive attitude towards achieving team goals
