Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant based in Dubai. The Property Consultant will handle client interactions, provide expert real estate advice, and assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing properties. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, understanding client needs, scheduling property viewings, negotiating contracts, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Real Estate Development Experience is a must
• Customer Service skills to offer exceptional client support and satisfaction
• Proficiency in Sales strategies, including negotiation and closing techniques
• Knowledge and experience in Real Estate transactions and market trends
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and build long-term client relationships
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license and access to own vehicle for property viewings
