Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional consultation to clients seeking to buy or invest in residential and investment properties across Dubai.
- Develop a deep understanding of client objectives and present tailored property solutions aligned with their goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, new developments, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities.
- Source, manage, and market property listings while ensuring high-quality presentation and visibility.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, offering insightful guidance to support client decision-making.
- Lead negotiations between buyers, sellers, and stakeholders to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Prepare, review, and manage transaction documentation, ensuring full accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the end-to-end transaction process, coordinating with all relevant parties until successful deal completion.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, property owners, developers, and industry partners.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of real estate brokerage experience in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate market, property regulations, and sales processes.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Highly motivated, confident, and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for success.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are considered a strong advantage.
- UAE driving license and access to a car is preferred.
