About the Role

Banke International Properties is expanding its Commercial Real Estate Division and is seeking motivated Commercial Property Consultants to handle leasing and sales across office, retail, and industrial assets in Dubai.

This is a commission-based role ideal for driven professionals looking to grow within a well-established real estate advisory firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on commercial property leasing and sales
• Manage relationships with landlords, tenants, and investors
• Conduct viewings, negotiations, and deal closures
• Prepare proposals and market comparisons
• Build and manage a strong client pipeline
• Stay updated on Dubai commercial market trends

Requirements

• 14+ years experience in commercial real estate
• Strong negotiation and client management skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• RERA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• English required; additional languages are a plus
