Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate, have excellent communication skills, and be committed to providing outstanding client service. This role requires a results-driven individual who can generate leads, close deals, and build long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations for prospective clients.
- Provide expert advice on market trends, pricing, and property values.
- Negotiate terms and agreements between buyers and sellers.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and transactions.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate sales, property consulting, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of the local property market.
