We are seeking a motivated and professional Real Estate Agent/ Property Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel at connecting clients with their dream properties, whether residential or commercial. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, exceptional customer service skills, and a proactive approach to achieving sales and leasing targets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:Source potential buyers through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
- Client Consultation:Understand client requirements, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable properties.
- Property Showings:Arrange and conduct viewings for prospective buyers, showcasing property features effectively.
- Sales Process Management:Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing.
- Negotiations:Mediate between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Market Analysis:Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Documentation:Assist clients with the preparation and review of sales contracts and other legal paperwork.
- Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Sales Targets:Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in real estate sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
