Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant, located in Jeddah. The Property Consultant will engage with clients to assist in property buying, selling, and rental transactions. Day-to-day responsibilities include building relationships with prospective buyers and sellers, conducting market research, preparing property presentations, and offering advice tailored to clients needs. The candidate is expected to stay well-informed of the latest real estate market trends and regulations.

Qualifications

• Consulting skills for analyzing client requirements and providing tailored property solutions
• Strong Communication abilities to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
• Proven Customer Service expertise to ensure an excellent client experience throughout the real estate process
• Sales skills to identify opportunities and effectively close deals
• Knowledge and experience in the Real Estate industry, including market trends, property valuations, and legal processes
• Proficiency in negotiation and conflict resolution
• Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage
