This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant based in Dubai. The Property Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on real estate investments, building and maintaining client relationships, facilitating property transactions, and ensuring an exceptional level of customer service. Responsibilities will include evaluating market opportunities, conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, and providing ongoing guidance to clients regarding asset management and investment strategy.

• Strong Consulting and Real Estate expertise with a focus on market analysis, portfolio strategy, and investment advising
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport and deliver high-quality client experiences
• Proven Sales abilities, including negotiation and closing skills
• Knowledge of the UAE real estate market is highly desirable
• Proficiency in relevant CRM systems and software
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
