Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role located in Giza. The Property Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on property investments, providing market insights, guiding clients through the buying or selling process, and developing strong professional relationships. Daily tasks will include consulting with clients, managing sales activities, and offering exceptional customer service to meet client needs and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Consulting and Real Estate expertise to effectively advise clients on property investments
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proven Sales abilities to achieve and exceed targets
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a dynamic team environment
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market in Giza is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRM systems is a plus
