Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role located in Cairo, Egypt. The Property Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on real estate decisions, facilitating property sales and purchases, and delivering exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include conducting market research, identifying client needs, presenting suitable property options, and negotiating contracts. Collaboration with clients and team members is integral to achieving sales goals and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Consulting and providing strategic property advice
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Demonstrated experience in Sales, with the ability to close deals and meet targets
- Knowledge in Real Estate markets, regulations, and trends
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in team settings
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous
