Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and convert property leads to achieve individual and company sales targets
- Conduct professional property viewings and presentations for clients
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with Chinese-speaking investors and end users
- Advise clients on buying, selling, and investment opportunities, including ROI analysis
- Stay updated on Abu Dhabi real estate market trends, pricing, and new developments
- Collaborate with internal teams (listing, leasing, conveyancing, mortgage, compliance) to close deals efficiently
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales (UAE experience is a strong advantage)
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese.
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-management skills
- Knowledge of UAE property laws and real estate processes is preferred
- UAE driving license is an advantage
