Job Description

The Property Consultants will be responsible for developing sales strategy and achievement of assigned sales targets by identifying and selling properties to potential buyers.

Responsibilities

Target Achievement:

  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the organization.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Using CRM software to maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, including calls, emails, and follow-up activities. Keeping track of leads, prospects, and sales opportunities throughout the sales cycle.

Product Knowledge:

  • Developing a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the company. Being able to articulate features, benefits, and value propositions effectively to prospects and address any questions or concerns they may have.

Effective Communication:

  • Demonstrating excellent communication skills, including active listening, clear articulation, and persuasive speaking. Building rapport with prospects, understanding their needs, and tailoring sales pitches accordingly.

Objection Handling:

  • Anticipating and overcoming objections raised by prospects during the sales process. Addressing concerns, providing solutions, and effectively persuading prospects to move forward with the purchase.

Pipeline Management:

  • Managing the sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and deals at various stages of the sales process. Prioritizing follow-up activities and ensuring timely progression of leads through the pipeline.

Sales Reporting:

  • Providing regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and key insights to the sales manager.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills
  • Minimum 6 months experience in UAE real estate
  • Prior experience in property sales, with a focus on off-plan properties
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate markets, regulations and trends
  • Ability to work well in the fast-paced, target-driven environment
