Key Responsibilities
Manage and follow up on qualified leads generated through company marketing campaigns and website inquiries.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Present real estate projects clearly and professionally to potential clients.
Negotiate and close deals in line with company policies and procedures.
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records on the company CRM system.
Coordinate with sales administration and management to ensure smooth transactions.
Attend meetings, property viewings, and client appointments as required.
