Property Consultant

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant located in Cairo, Egypt. The Property Consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional real estate consultation services, building lasting relationships with clients, and assisting them through the property buying, selling, or renting process. Daily responsibilities include understanding client needs, conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts, and providing expert market advice to help clients make informed decisions. The role also requires fostering connections with potential buyers, sellers, and renters to expand networks within the market.

• Strong Consulting and Real Estate skills with in-depth knowledge of property market trends and processes
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and provide tailored solutions
• Proven experience in Sales, including negotiation and building trusted relationships
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in managing property viewings, contracts, and market analyses
• Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is highly desirable
• A valid real estate license in Egypt and a bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field are preferred
